Kawasan Waterfalls, a three-stage cascade of pure turquoise water from mountain springs, is located in the jungle of Cebu Island.
The waterfall is considered the pearl of the Philippines. Kawasan Falls consist of many rapids that stretch along the riverbed, but the most visited and equipped for swimming only two, the highest height of 20 meters. At their foot there are large natural swimming pools, and around them there is a tourist complex with restaurants, picnic areas, toilets, changing rooms, and even a hotel with separate houses. It is possible to rent a bamboo raft and swim in the pool and even swim under the waterfall itself. Jumping into the pool is organized, for this you will have to rent a vest and a helmet.
But the most interesting thing is canyoning. The method of rafting down the Kanlaob River towards Kawasan Falls is without boats, kayaks and any equipment that can be used for climbing or traveling. There are numerous canyons along the way, waterfalls of amazing beauty. Given the extreme friendliness and cheerful disposition of the Philippine people, a journey to the falls becomes a fabulous adventure.
