A firefighter saved a kangaroo calf

The tragedy has killed people and animals on Australia’s soil.25 People have died and more than a billion animals have been affected. Over sixty-three million hectares of forest have been burned out. The fires were caused by severe drought. Not only firefighters, but also the army aviation and navy were involved in extinguishing the fires. For the first time in Australia’s history, reserve troops were mobilized. The main fires were stopped as a result of combined efforts and weather changes. The whole world is collecting charitable aid for affected animals and people. Volunteers and professionals from a variety of sectors come to help Australians. The video shows a happy moment when a firefighter put out a fire in one of the forests and accidentally found a calf kangaroo.
